Gonzalez Naida and Gonzalez Osmir sold a one-bedroom, one-bath home at 19201 Collins Ave., Unit 648, in Sunny Isles Beach, to Ponce De Leon Ana Maria for $115,000 on Sept. 24.

The 410-square-foot home last sold for $165,000 in September 2006. It is located in The Aventura Beach Club condo development.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 1,313 home sales in Sunny Isles Beach during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $350,000.
