Philip Rielly bought a three-bedroom, 4.2-bath home at 83 Isla Bahia Drive in Fort Lauderdale from First Generation Properties LLC for $3.65 million on Dec. 21.

First Generation Properties LLC paid $3.25 million for the property in Dec. 2011. The 4,569-square-foot home in Barrier Island was built in 1970. It is located in the Harbor Beach subdivision.

Rielly is a co-founder and the president of BioRx LLC, an Ohio-based provider and distributor of pharmaceuticals, related supplies, and clinical, reimbursement and in-home support services. He previously co-founded Pro2 Respiratory Services.

He has a B.A. in communications from Spring Hill College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,274 home sales in Fort Lauderdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $160,000.
