The Strasburgers acquired the property for $537,741 in Aug. 2002. The 4,063-square-foot house was built in 2003 in Parkland West. It is located in the Heron Bay subdivision.

Chalita serves as director of sales for the Latin American cable division of Motorola.

He graduated from Keller Graduate School of Management.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 553 home sales in Parkland during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $450,000.
