Cowboys d-line coach Paul Pasqualoni lists 4BD home

Paul Pasqualoni has listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 2506 Poinciana Dr. in Weston for $1,399,900.

Pasqualoni bought the property for $1.25 million in June 2008. The 4,627-square-foot house was built in 1997 in the Weston South of Glades Parkway neighborhood. Nancy L. Blair of Prudential Florida 1st Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Pasqualoni is a defensive line coach with the Dallas Cowboys. He has nearly 30 years of coaching experience, working with the Cowboys, Miami Dolphins, Syracuse University and Western Connecticut University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,225 home sales in Weston during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $260,000.
