Marius Silvasan has listed for sale his six-bedroom, 6.5-bath home at 318 Holiday Dr. in Hallandale Beach for $3.495 million.

The 7,000-square-foot home was built in 2007. Scott R. Patterson is the listing agent for the home.

Silvasan is chairman and chief executive officer of TelePlus World Corp., a Miami Lakes-based company specializing in wireless and telecommunications products and services. In addition his work at TelePlus, he is also chairman and director of Abacus World Corp., a business advisory firm catered to assist small to mid-sized companies.

Prior to forming TelePlus in Jan. 1999, Silvasan was with Visioneer Calling Card, Inc., where he served as president and chief executive officer. He was also a national sales manager for the Home Phone Club from 1990-95.

Silvasan earned a B.A.C. and an M.B.A. at École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montreal, Canada.

There were 1,055 sales in Hallandale Beach in 2008, with a median price of $179,900.
