Yosbel A. Ibarra and Dr. Roger A. Stoudt bought a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 4490 Royal Palm Ave. in Miami Beach from Robert Bowen Johnson for $600,000 on Dec. 12.

The 2,322-square-foot home was built in 1936.

Ibarra is an attorney in the Miami office of Greenberg Traurig, where he concentrates on mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance transactions, principally in Latin America. He is also a shareholder of the firm.

He earned a B.S. in finance from the University of Florida and a J.D. from the New York University School of Law.

Dr. Stoudt is a pediatrician at Pediatric Hospitalist Services in Miami.

He studied medicine at the University of Virginia and completed his residency in pediatrics at New York Presbyterian-Cornell.

There were 1,524 sales in Miami Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $380,000.
