N.Y. dentist selling Boca 6BD

Dr. Adrian T. Paolini and Jan L. Grenell are selling their six-bedroom, eight bath home at 890 N.E. 78th St. in Boca Raton for $2.995 million.

Paolini and Grenell paid $2.525 million for the property in July 2004. The 4,930-square-foot house was built in 1998.

Dr. Paolini is a prosthodontist and the owner of Your Perfect Smile, a dental clinic in located in New York. He is a crown and bridge specialist and cosmetic artist.

He has also served as a clinical professor of postgraduate prosthodontics at New York University.

He received his DDS from the New York University Dental School. He continued his education at N.Y.U. with a post-graduate degree in prosthodontics.

Home sales in Boca Raton have dropped 19 percent in 2008 versus 2007. The median sales price is down from $420,000 in 2007 to $370,000 so far this year.
