Bridal wear co. CEO selling Delray Beach 4BD for $1.9M

Vincent E. Piccione is selling a four-bedroom, four bath at 1126 Miramar Dr. in Delray Beach's Williamson Deibel subdivision for $1.9 million.

Wendy Overton with Corcoran Realty is the listing agent for the 3,289 square foot home. It's been on the market since January.

Piccione paid $1.8 million for the property in April 2006. It was previously owned by Robert I. Weschler, who bought it for $1.175 million in 2005.

Mr. Piccione is the president and CEO of Alfredo Angelo, Inc., designer and retailer of wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses. The company was founded by Mr. Piccione's parents, Alfred Angelo and Edythe Piccione, in the 1930s.

The company has corporate offices in Fort Washington, Pa., and Delray Beach and has sales and manufacturing facilities around the world.

In 2006, NewSpring Mezzanine Capital, LP, a private equity fund in King of Prussia, Pa., added Alfredo Angelo to its portfolio.

Home sales in Delray Beach dropped 30 percent through December 2007 versus the same period in 2006. The median sales price fell from $244,000 to $239,000.
