Kurt and Linda Erman sold a four-bedroom, five-bath at 19620 Planters Point Drive in Boca Raton to Harold Strober for $700,000 on Dec. 27.

The Ermans paid $385,000 for the 2,893 square foot house, which was built in 1983 and is located in the Boca West community, in Jan. 1993.

Mr. Erman was the founder and served as president of Notations, a Huntingdon Valley, Pa.-based apparel vendor serving U.S. garment retailers that was founded in 1979.

Home sales in Boca Raton dropped 26 percent through Dec. 15, 2007 versus the same period in 2006. Median sales price fell seven percent from $450,000 to $419,000.
