The estate of Sherwood M. Weiser has listed for sale a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo at 10 Edgewater Drive in Coral Gables for $10.499 million.

The 11,402-square-foot Unit TS-K is part of The Gables condo development in Gables Bayfront. It was built in 1996. Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker Florida is the listing agent.

Weiser was chairman and chief executive officer of The Continental Companies, a Miami-based hotel development and management firm. He was also chairman and CEO of Carnival Hotels, which was sold in 2001. He served on the boards of Carnival Corporation, WinsLoew Furniture Group, Wyndham International, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Watsco, Inc., and Mellon United National Bank, among others. He was also a senior trustee of the University of Miami.

He graduated from Case Western University School of Law.

He passed away on Aug. 1.
