Hospital board member lists in Pinecrest for $2.7M

Medium 3186bd74fa85e032da740d27ecbf8bc1 Michael Fux has listed for sale a six-bedroom, seven-bath home at 7275 S.W. 102nd St. in Pinecrest for $2.699 million.

Fux paid $2.1 million for the property in Jan. 2004. The 6,714-square-foot home in West Pinecrest was built in 2003. It is part of the Flagler Grove Estates subdivision. Belinda Sime of Sime Realty Corporation is the listing agent.

Fux is CEO of Comfort Revolution. He currently serves on the board of directors of Miami Children's Hospital. He is also founder of the Michael Fux Foundation and the creator of Injured Officers Assistance Fund.

Fux also owns Unit #4104 at 450 Alton Road in Miami Beach and the homes at 7291 SW. 102nd St. in Pinecrest and 11351 NW. 82nd Terrace in Doral. He paid $12.14 million, $1.2 million and $804,588 for the properties in Jan. 2006, Sept. 2005 and June 2007, respectively.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 180 home sales in Pinecrest during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $595,000.
