Medium 042648f3a76b424167d1a7045eac6f32 Johan S. Sohn bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 4525 Banyan Lane in Miami from Arthur and Janet Fournier for $1 million on Dec. 3.

The 3,112-square-foot house was built in 1946.

Sohn is the director of sales and marketing at Sole Farms, a flower farm in Miami.

He earned his bachelor's in business administration from the Boston University School of Management in 1993.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,249 home sales in Miami during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $160,000.
