Kaye, along with Richard Rubin, paid $1.02 million for the property in April 2002. The 3,537-square-foot house was built in 2001 in Boca Raton Eastside. It is part of the Bel Marra subdivision. Joyce M. Schneider of Castles By The Beach Inc. is the listing agent.

According to the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC website, Kaye is senior vice president, financial advisor and financial planning specialist at the financial services firm in Boca Raton. She previously worked in the insurance and estate planning division of Prudential Insurance Co. She has also served as a trustee member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and was a member of the board of directors of The Wellness Community.

She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and finance from Florida Atlantic University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,199 home sales in Boca Raton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $277,000.
