The Rifkins paid $1.925 million for the property in Nov. 2005. The 6,403-square-foot house was built in 2005 in the Paga Area. It is located in the Mirasol subdivision.

Mr. Kadet is a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

He earned his B.A. from the State University of New York-Binghamton and his J.D. from St. John's University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,097 home sales in Palm Beach Gardens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $230,000.
