Sallah and Degraaf paid $282,000 for the property in Sept. 2003. The 1,789-square-foot house was built in 1988 in the Boca del Mar North neighborhood.

Sallah is a partner at Sallah & Cox LLC, where his practice areas are securities litigation, arbitration, SEC enforcement and broker-dealer regulation.

He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Ohio University and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,356 sales in Boca Raton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $297,500.
