Donald J. Casturo and Tiffany Burnette sold a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 550 S.E. Mizner Blvd. in Boca Raton to Robert Mayer for $975,000 on March 4.
Casturo and Burnette bought the 2,457-square-foot Unit #B705 for $690,000 in May 2003. The unit is part of the Townsend Place Condominium.
Casturo has served as managing director at Goldman Sachs in West Palm Beach. He attended Stanford University.
Casturo and Burnette are both committee members of Audubon Connecticut, a birds and wildlife protection advocacy organization.
Townsend Place, which was built in 2003, is a two tower condominium development featuring 195 units. Sales there were unchanged from 2007-08, while the median sales price fell 13.3 percent during that time.
There were 627 condo sales in Boca Raton in 2008, with a median sales price of $235,000.
