Holly S. Latch sold a three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home at 104 Kensington Road, Unit 104-22, in Hollywood, to Shay Yaakov and Nofar Yaakov for $345,000 on Sept. 18.

The 2,420-square-foot home last sold for $170,000 in June 2000. It is located in the Emerald Hills condo development.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 1,835 home sales in Hollywood during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $165,000.
