Paul Siliski sold a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 2460 Jackson St., in Hollywood, to Celso Cassiano for $125,000 on Sept. 19.

The 1,307-square-foot, one-story home last sold for $70,000 in July 2000. It is located in the Highland Garden subdivision.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 1,815 home sales in Hollywood during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $165,000.
