Two-bedroom home sells in Oceania

Jorge Gonzales sold a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 16500 Collins Ave., Unit 2054, in Sunny Isles Beach, to John Picciano and Karen Picciano for $700,000 on April 29.

Built in 2002, the 1,786-square-foot home last sold for $333,000 in December 2002. It is located in the Oceania condo development.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 627 home sales in Sunny Isles Beach during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $297,050.
