Three-bedroom home sells in Harbor Village subdivision

James Perez and Georgianne Perez sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1060 NE 26th Ave., in Pompano Beach, to Thomas Rosenstand for $535,000 on April 16. The one-story home has 1,641 square feet of living space.

Built in 1971, the home is located in the Pompano Beach East neighborhood of Pompano Beach. Forty-two similar homes in this neighborhood sold for between $250,000 and $435,000 during the past year.
