Three-bedroom home sells in Biscayne Park Terrace subdivision

Maria E. Valtoline and Maria E. Valtolina sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2001 Secoffee St., in Miami, to Rebecca S. Vessella and H. Vessella and Peter J. Vessella for $1,325,000 on Jan. 28.

The 1,954-square-foot, one-story home last sold for $470,000 in January 2012. It is located in the Biscayne Park Terrace subdivision.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 2,796 home sales in Miami during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $210,000.
