High tech storage facility founder sells Lazy Lake 2BD

Marvin Chaney and Dyan Chaney sold a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 2154 Lazy Lane in Lazy Lake to Caroline White for $450,000 on Nov. 21.

The 1,984-square-foot home was built in 1954 in West of Wilton Drive.

Marvin Chaney is the founder of RoboVault, a high tech self storage facility in Fort Lauderdale.

He holds an M.B.A. from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there has been one home sale in Lazy Lake during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $450,000.
