Real estate firm owner sells in Landmark Ranch for $2.7M

Medium 3754d80fa7ed716457c063ff07be9d85 Rene Vivo and Evelyn Vivo sold a six-bedroom, 6.5-bath home at 16750 Berkshire Court in Southwest Ranches to Mark Buehrle for $2.73 million on Jan. 20.

The Vivos paid $3.78 million for the house in April 2006. The 11,467-square-foot house was built in 2006 in Southwest Ranches West. It is located in Landmark Ranch subdivision.

Rene Vivo is the president at Vivo Real Estate Group, He formed the company in 2002 after 18 years working in the commercial real estate industry. He started his career in 1985 at Archie Schwartz Company, New Jersey's largest independent industrial real estate brokerage firm before relocating to South Florida taking a position as vice president of the industrial real estate division in CB Commercial's (CB Richard Ellis).

Evelyn Vivo is the office manager/sales associate also at Vivo Real Estate Group. She has corporate real estate experience holding various management levels at Burlington Industries, Philip Morris and Prudential Insurance companies in New York and New Jersey. She is currently responsible for over 450,000-square-foot of managing commercial, industrial and corporate office space in Dade County.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 87 home sales in Southwest Ranches during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $380,000.
