Mark E. Kuchenrither and Lori Kuchenrither have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 7520 E. Cypresshead Drive in Parkland for $839,000.

The 4,156-square-foot house was built in Parkland East. It is located in the Parkland Lakes subdivision. Theresann Schelin of Century 21 Fine Homes and Estates is the agent for the listing.

Mark Kuchenrither serves as president of change capital at Ezcorp, Inc., a company that provides lending and credit services. Previously, he served as senior vice president of strategic development at the company. Before joining Ezcorp, he was vice president of Operations at Sun Capital Partners and chief financial officer at Arch Aluminum & Glass Co., Inc.

He holds an M.B.A. from Quincy University and a B.S. in mechanical engineering technology from Franklin University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 53 home sales in Parkland during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $446,200.
