Kamal Anjum paid $388,000 for the property in Sept. 2002. The 2,620-square-foot house was built in 1977 in Hollywood East. It is part of the Hollywood Lakes subdivision.

Dr. Anjum is a pediatrician who operates her own private practice in Plantation. She is affiliated with Memorial Regional Hospital and Jackson North Medical Center.

She received her M.D. from Fatrme Jimmah Medical College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,888 home sales in Hollywood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $115,000.
