Rosalyn T. Puzey and Jerry B. Puzey bought a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 4122 Pinewood Lane in Weston from Brian Sharpe and Leslie Sharpe for $402,500 on Sept. 8.

The Sharpes paid $570,375 for the property in April 2006. The 2,498-square-foot house was built in 1998 in Weston South of Glades Pkwy.

Ms. Puzey is an economics instructor at Miami Dade College. She has also taught for various universities throughout Florida.

She previously worked as financial risk management consultant for KPMG LLP for five years. She graduated from Auburn University with an M.S. in economics and finance in 2002.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,493 home sales in Weston during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $270,000.
