Greg Pesetsky sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 17952 S.W. 35th Court in Miramar to Deepa Abi and Abbi Karun for $385,000 on May 3.

Pesetsky bought the property for $617,000 in Sept. 2005. The 3,811-square-foot house was built in 2000 in Miramar West.

Pesetsky is the owner and president of Practical Debt Relief, a Davie-based debt settlement services provider. He is also the president and director at Top Placement SEO, a web marketing services provider. Prior to creating his own companies, he worked as a loan officer for America's Best Lending Network for seven years.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,185 home sales in Miramar during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $135,000.
