Law professors sell Fort Lauderdale 3BD

Medium 0d2f27f36027f105ac33b783340e0a32 Paula Revene and Rae Chorowski sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1810 N.E. 16th Terrace in Fort Lauderdale to Susan E. Klock for $430,000 on Feb. 16.

Revene and Chorowski paid $475,000 for the property in Oct. 2004. The 2,022-square-foot house was built in 1952 in the Fort Lauderdale Central neighborhood.

Ms. Revene is an assistant professor of legal research and writing at the St. Thomas University School of Law. Prior to that, she managed her own law firm, was an associate at Heinrich Gordon Hargrove & James, a litigation associate at Jones Foster Johnston & Stubbs and a staff attorney with the Fourth District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach.

She earned her bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University.

Ms. Chorowski is a lawyer and managing partner at Chorowski & Moore P.A. in Fort Lauderdale. Her practice focuses on the area of marital and family law. She is also an adjunct professor at Nova University.

She earned her bachelor's degree from George Washington University and her law degree from the Nova Southeastern University Law School.
