Ulf Samuelson and Anna Gretta Samuelson bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 2800 E. Sunrise Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale from Cynthia A. Colyer for $450,000 on Dec. 7.

Ms. Colyer paid $315,000 for the 2,050-square-foot unit #10F in April 2003.

It is in the Sunrise East development, built in 1970 in Barrier Island.

Mr. Samuelson is a captain and director nautical at Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Royal Caribbean International.

Prior to joining Royal Caribbean, he served as a safety and security director at Silja Line and as captain at EffJohn Sweden AB, formerly Johnson Line AB.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,833 condo sales in Fort Lauderdale in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $181,500.
