Louise Sanda and her husband, Par, bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2325 Solar Plaza Dr. in Fort Lauderdale from the University of Miami for $1.2 million on Nov. 12.
The University of Miami acquired the property in Feb. 2008. The 4,002-square-foot house was built in 1960 in the Fort Lauderdale East neighborhood.
Mrs. Sanda serves as the owner of Simple Heal. She is an accredited journey practitioner trained by the Journey Team and Brandon Bays.
She graduated from the University of Stockholm.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,027 home sales in Fort Lauderdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $170,000.
