Valmir Gagliardi and Anthony Westermann have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 601 Carrot Wood Terrace in Plantation for $1.195 million.

Gagliardi, who is also the listing agent, bought the property for $1.29 million in Feb. 2006. The 4,023-square-foot house was built in 2005 in the Plantation Central neighborhood.

Gagliardi is a luxury property specialist with RE/MAX Premier Associates.

Westermann has served as the chief operating officer at Softmart, a software licensing provider in South Florida.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,370 home sales in Plantation during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $148,000.
