Scott and Holli Rovenger have listed for sale a condo at 3501 N. Ocean Dr. in Hollywood for $1.5 million.

The Rovengers paid $1.25 million for the 2,935-square-foot Unit #7G in July 2007. The Villas of Positano development was built in 2007 in the Hollywood East neighborhood. Arlene S. Wallach of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent for the condo.

Mr. Rovenger is an attorney with an office in Sunrise. He specializes in personal injury, family law, car accidents and product defects.

He received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

Ms. Rovinger has served as the owner at E Designs.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,230 condo sales in Hollywood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $130,000.
