The Tamayos paid $535,000 for the property in Sept. 2003. The 3,488-square-foot house in the Weston South of Glades Pkwy. neighborhood was built in 1999.

Ms. Tamayo is the founder at Victory Management Group, a consulting and investment firm. She also serves as a partner at Batard & Partners, a business development firm. She has held key positions at Comcast and Adhelpia in Venezuela and she founded the Tamayo-Zighelboim Group.

She earned her B.A. in international relations from Universidad Central de Venezuela. She is pursuing her M.B.A. in real estate development and entrepreneurship at the Nova Southeastern University Huizenga Business School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,132 home sales in Weston during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $275,000.
