Dr. Stephen P. Richman and Deborah M. O'Connor bought a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 124 Dockside Circle in Weston from Louis and Adele Leonardo for $850,000 on Oct. 22.

The Leonardos bought the property for $840,000 on Oct. 2004. The 5,277-square-foot house in the Weston North of Glades Parkway neighborhood was built in 1997.

Dr. Richman is an oncologist with the University of Miami School of Medicine. He is affiliated with the University of Miami Hospital & Clinics and Jackson Memorial Hospital.

He earned his M.D. from the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in 1969. He received further training at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital and the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,139 home sales in Weston during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $276,500.
