Mitchell, Jacqueline and Harvey Kass sold a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 2060 N.E. 64th St. in Fort Lauderdale to Anthony Dimuzio, Jr., for $485,000 on Oct. 15.

The 3,265-square-foot house in the Fort Lauderdale North neighborhood was built in 2009.

Mitchell Kass serves as a vice president and working partner at Informed Communication Systems, a wired telecommunications carrier company. He previously served as president at MPK Development, as a project manager at the Sembler Co. and he was a real estate attorney.

He holds a B.B.A. degree in finance from the University of Miami, a master's degree in real estate development from Columbia University and a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,793 home sales in Fort Lauderdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $180,000.
