Auto finance company exec buys in Parkland

Brian and Laura Switalski bought a home at 5831 N.W. 80th Terrace in Parkland from Manuel and Lanette Cajigas for $407,000 on Oct. 13.

The 2,646-square-foot house in the Parkland East neighborhood was built in 1983.

Mr. Switalski is the senior vice president of operations at Southern Auto Finance Co., an indirect auto finance company. Previously, he served as retail marketing manager at Ford.

He received his B.S. in business from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 472 sales in Parkland during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $465,800.
