The Chadrows paid $240,000 for the property in June 2001. The 2,609-square-foot home in the Davie Central neighborhood was built in 1994.

Mr. Chadrow is a shareholder at Brough, Chadrow & Levine P.A., a law firm in Weston.

He has a B.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University and a J.D. from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.

Mr. Mato is a nurse anesthetist. He is a clinical adjunct professor at the Florida International University College of Nursing and Health Sciences.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,614 home sales in Davie during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $258,000.
