Peter Dewes sold a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 5193 N.W. 74th Court in Coconut Creek to Waynoka D. Davis for $390,000 on Oct. 14.

Dewes paid $422,500 for the property in Dec. 2003. The 3,382-square-foot home in the Country Woods subdivision was built in 2002.

Dewes is a vice president at the Miami Lakes office of NorthMarq Capital, a real estate investment banking company. He formerly served as director of GATX, a Chicago-headquartered company that leases, operates, and manages assets in rail, marine, and industrial equipment markets in North America.

He attended the University of California-Berkeley Walter A. Haas School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,329 home sales in Coconut Creek during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $92,250.
