The Sethis paid $1.175 million for the property in Oct. 2007. The 4,839-square-foot home in the Weston South of Glades Pkwy. neighborhood was built in 1994.

Ms. Sethi is a licensed realtor who has worked at Middle River Realty in Fort Lauderdale.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,120 home sales in Weston during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $278,000.
