Drew and Iliana Levine have listed for sale a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 11221 N.W. 15th St. in Plantation for $1.275 million.

The Levines paid $1.075 million for the property in Jan. 2004. The 6,109-square-foot house in the Plantation West neighborhood was built in 2004. Maxine Hagey of EWM is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Levine is president of the security services division at the Wackenhut Corp., a company that provides integrated security and related services. He also serves on the board of directors for the company. He joined Wackenhut in 1987 as a supervisor in the physical security department.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,330 home sales in Plantation in 2008, with a median sales price of $155,000.
