She joined the company in April 2002 as director of marketing and communications. Prior to joining FindWhat.com, she was marketing director at Goldfarb Consultants, an international marketing research firm. She also worked as a senior manager of corporate marketing at Bank of Montreal and held a variety of roles with General Electric.

She graduated from the University of Manitoba with a bachelor's degree in commerce.
