David Tovissi and Johana M. Crull sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 812 N. Rio Vista Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale to 812 N. Rio LLC and 812 N. Rio Vista Blvd. Land Trust for $1.375 million on May 15.

Tovissi and Crull paid $1,675,205 for the property in June 2006. The 3,901-square-foot home was built in 2007 in the Rio Vista subdivision.

Tovissi serves as director of delivery and installation services at NEW Customer Service Cos., Inc., a provider of extended service plans, buyer protection programs and product support. He previously served as president at Criteria Inc., was vice president of custom design and engineering at Tweeter Home Entertainment Group Inc. and worked at Sound Advice, where he served as vice president of system design and engineering.

He attended the University of Akron.

Crull is a licensed physical therapist. She has worked at Orlando Regional Healthcare, where she specialized in orthopedics and sports physical therapy.

There were 3,165 sales in Fort Lauderdale in 2008, with a median price of $210,000.
