Pub owner deals in Fort Lauderdale

Robin and Marie Brisland sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1020 S.W. 14th Terrace in Fort Lauderdale to Thomas Nosky Inc. for $433,600 on May 15.
The 3,072-square-foot home was built in 1978 in the Riverside Park neighborhood.
Mr. Brisland is owner of Lord Nelson Pub and Eatery, a pub in Fort Lauderdale that has been in operation since Aug. 1997.
There were 1,459 sales in Fort Lauderdale in 2008, with a median price of $215,000.
