The Keltys bought the property for $710,320 in Nov. 2003. The 4,752-square-foot house, which was built in 2004, is in the Pembroke Pines Central neighborhood. Bozena J. Kaluza of BK International Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Kelty is the chief executive officer of Berean Group International, an information technology consultancy and services company based in Pembroke Pines, Fla. 

There were 2,372 home sales in Pembroke Pines in 2008, with a median sales price of $180,000.
