Chiropractor lists 3BD in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea

Dr. Robert L. Gottesman has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo at 1600 S. Ocean Blvd. in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea for $1,499,000.

Dr. Gottesman paid $1.5 million for Unit #LPH02 in Nov. 2005. It is part of the Aquazul condominium development, which is in the neighborhood of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea North.

Dr. Gottesman is a chiropractor at Chirocare of Pompano Beach.

He attended Queens College and earned his chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College in 1985.

Sales at the Aquazul were down 50 percent from 2007-08, while the median sales price fell 8.8 percent during that time.

There were 155 condo sales in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea in 2008, with a median price of $260,000.
