Aviation company exec sells Parkland 5BD

Dimas and Denise Correa sold a five-bedroom, four-bath home 6423 N.W. 105th Terrace in Parkland to Gary and Teresa Eagan for $545,000 on April 22.

The 3,143-square-foot house, which was built in 1999, is in the Parkland West neighborhood.

Mr. Correa is financial director at Southern Cross Aviation.

There were 427 home sales in the Parkland in 2008, with a median price of $515,000.
