Pilot lists 3BD in Fort Lauderdale

The estate of Thomas J. Burlace has listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2654 Nassau Lane in Fort Lauderdale for $499,000.
The 1,222-square-foot house, which was built in 1957, is in the Fort Lauderdale South neighborhood. Nicholas E. Brown is the listing agent.
Mr. Burlace was a member of 98th Bomb Group in the Korean War. After completing his service to his country he worked with Eastern Airlines, holding positions such as pilot, captain and FAA consultant.
He died in Oct. 2008.
There were 2,905 home sales in Fort Lauderdale in 2008, with a median sales price of $225,000.
