Real estate development exec lists 4BD for $2.5M

Eleanor and Raymond Parello have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 3480 Paddock Road in Weston for $2.5 million.
The 5,094-square-foot house, which was built in 2001, is in the Weston South of Glades Pkwy neighborhood. Terri Perlini of Coldwell Banker Real Estate is the listing agent.
Mr. Parello is the director of finance for Turnberry Associates, one of the country’s leading full-service real estate development and management firms. He is a member of the American Heart Association, Schott Communities, Boystown of Pittsburgh, the American Institute of CPAs and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.
There were 1,018 home sales in Weston in 2008, with a median sales price of $310,000.
