Craig and Jennifer Teich sold a condo at 715 Bayshore Dr. in Fort Lauderdale to R. Joseph Barnett for $845,000 on April 10.

The Teichs acquired Unit #PH4 for $1 million in Oct. 2004. The unit is part of the La Rive condominium development, which is located in Barrier Island and has 36 units.

Mr. Teich serves as chief executive officer for QuantumLeverage, a management consulting company. Previously, he was the chief marketing officer for PortNexus, the chief executive officer at Nutruvia Wellness Inc. and president of Dwellphi Development.

He received his B.S.B.A. degree in finance, economics and English from the Washington University Olin Business School in St. Louis. He also attended the London School of Economics and Political Science and Tulane University.

Sales at La Rive were down 40 percent from 2007-08, while the median sales price fell 48.9 percent during that time.

There were 1,375 condo sales in Fort Lauderdale in 2008, with a median price of $230,000.
