Software developer gets Lighthouse Point 3BD

Roman and Joanne Szymansky bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2849 N.E. 32nd St. in Lighthouse Point from Richard and Vera Dulaney for $955,000 on April 9.
The 2,887-square-foot house in the Lighthouse Point South of Sample Rd. neighborhood was built in 1962.
Mr. Szymansky is the owner of Micro Design Services LLC in New York. The company designs and develops software products for the financial industry.
He attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Ms. Dulaney is a computer software professional based in Miami.
She attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
